When you get a divorce in Hamilton County, your divorce records become public. It's the same with divorce records as it is with marriage licenses and property transfers. Don't be surprised to find your divorce listed in several newspapers like the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Do half of all marriages end in divorce? Probably. That makes me sad.
